  • Is it compatible with all mobile devices?
    - Absolutely! “Appetizer” is compatible with any Android and iOS device.
  • Is it available abroad? If yes, in which countries?"
    - “Appetizer” is available only in Greece and Cyprus for the time being. We plan to expand our network soon, in other European countries. Stay tuned for relevant notifications.
  • In which languages is it available?
    Since Greece is a country loved by tourists, we made sure that the app as well as the site can be used by them with ease. That is why the first version is in English.
  • Are my personal data (location, names, e-mail etc) safe?"
    - The app does not require your location status in order to operate. The data you give to us during your subscription are completely safe and they are used only to keep you up to date, with any changes or news regarding “Appetizer”. You can find more info about that in our “Cookies Terms & Policy” in the end of the page.
  • What if the food I order is not the same with the one represented in the AR?
    - For any inconvenience you can contact the restaurant representative for more information. Also, you can contact us via Appchat in case you want to report the issue.
  • How can I know that one restaurant's menu is compatible with appetizer?
    1. At each restaurant there is a sign in the entrance that indicates we are partners. 2. On every restaurant table there will be a flyer that has the QR code to access the app. 3. There will be a QR code next to each dish of the menu.
  • Can I use this application while I am at home?
    - The application is also suitable for delivery, provided that you have the menu at home.
